また、宿泊室以外は共有です。
建物全体を通して、暮らしの延長線上にあるような居心地のよさと、少しの新鮮さを感じてもらえたら嬉しいです。

There are four different rooms available to suit your needs. All other rooms and utilities are shared.
We hope that your stay with us will feel like an extension of your daily life that is comfortable and refreshing.

部屋ごとに、四季をあらわす風の名前をつけました。
お部屋のどこかに新潟の四季を感じてもらえたら、と思います。

Each room has been given a name that represents the winds of the four seasons.
We hope you can feel the season for Niigata in each room.

Kochi

男女混合ドミトリーMixed Dormitory

床には桜の木を使い、壁はやわらかい桜色のお部屋です。中には、読書灯、作業台、貴重品ボックス、コンセントのご用意があります。ごゆっくりとお過ごし下さい。

The flooring is made from Sakura (Cherry Blossom) trees and the walls are painted in the colors of the sakura blossoms. Inside there is a reading light, table, locker and power outlet. Please enjoy your stay.

Ogi

ダブルルームDouble Room

ダブルベッドのある個室です。古材をはった床、屋根に沿ったななめの天井、やわらかい表情の漆喰の壁。こじんまりとしたお部屋ですが、落ち着いてゆっくり過ごせると思います。お一人でのご利用も歓迎です。

This is a private room with a double bed. The flooring is made from rescued wood, a diagonal roof along the ceiling and softly plastered walls. It may be a small room, but it’s quiet and we hope that you can enjoy yourselves here. 1 person or 2 people can stay in this room.

Ibuki

和室Traditional Japanese Room

畳のお部屋です。床の間を囲う、黒柿の木が印象的です。個人的に、とてもかっこ良くて気に入っています。シンプルな和室で、窓からは中庭が見えます。最大3名様でのご利用が可能です。ご家族連れも歓迎します。

This is a traditional Japanese room with tatami. The black persimmon tree wood that surrounds the tatami leaves a strong impression when you enter this room. It’s one of my favourite rooms. It’s a simple room with a windows that looks down at the garden. Up to 3 people can stay in this room. Families are welcome.

共有スペース

Common Space

ご宿泊の方が自由にお使い頂ける、スペースです。
ゲストハウスなりでのプライベート空間はベッドのみ、その他はみなさんで共有して頂きます。
家族以外の人と暮らすこと、気遣いや礼儀が必要です。
その日集まったみなさんが心地よく過ごせるように、ひとりひとりが心配りを持って過ごして頂けたらと思います。

All guests are free to use this space. Other than your bed, all other spaces are shared. Please be respectful and mindful to other guests. In that way, we hope that everyone can have a comfortable stay.

Kitchen

宿泊の方が利用できる、共有キッチンです。少し手狭ですが、新潟の食材を使ったお料理などを作って、「新潟暮らし」を味わって頂ければと思います。

Guests may use the shared kitchen. It’s a small kitchen, but we hope that you can enjoy a little of local Niigata life by using local produce for a meal.

Work Space

本や雑誌、フライヤーなど、新潟・沼垂や、中上越、佐渡、あわせて隣県の情報を収集しています。ここで情報を集めたり、ゆっくりと旅の計画を練ってもらえたらと思います。

You can find information, books, magazines, flyers about Niigata, Nuttari, the Jonetsu Area, Sado, and neighbouring prefectures here. You can plan travels here.

Shower

2つのシャワールームがあります。また、近くに銭湯があり、広いお風呂でゆっくり旅の疲れを癒すのもオススメです。江戸時代からやっている、薪で湧かす銭湯もあります。

There are two shower rooms. There is also a sento (public bath) close by where you can relax and wash away the weariness of a long trip. The sento dates back to the Edo Period and uses a wood burning furnace to heat the baths.

Toilet

3カ所のトイレは共有です。各所雰囲気の違う空間になっています。例えば、バーラウンジの洗面ボールは沼垂テラス商店街にある「青人窯」さんに特別に作って頂きました。新潟の果物レクチェの灰を使った釉薬、あわい緑の色が特徴です。自然のものが出す色あいを、お楽しみ下さい。

There are 3 shared toilets. Each one has it's own characteristics. For example, the toilet in the bar lounge has a sink that was specially order made by porcelain/ceramics maker Aotogama in Nuttari Terrace Street. It’s special pale green color comes from glaze made from the ash of Niigata pear. Please enjoy the color that was produced naturally by the fruit.
